Professor Mary Kern holds a PhD Northwestern University, Management & Organizations. Her research are widely read and published in top reviews including Harvard Business Review, Research on Managing Groups and Teams Group Decision and Negotiation; Academy of Management Learning & Education, Handbook of Methods in Social Psychology. As a professor, she has also won several prestigious teaching award including Kellogg School of Management Teaching Award, 2003 Beta Gamma Sigma National Honors Society, Loyola University-Chicago, 2000 and Dispute Resolution Research Center Research Grants, Northwestern University, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005
