Participant Profile

AMP is designed for an elite group of senior executives who are proven business leaders. Successful applicants will hold leadership positions one or two levels from the CEO, and will be identified by their sponsors as a key part of the company's succession plan.

To ensure optimal learning experience amongst the participants, we welcome a diverse group of participants from different countries, sectors and professions. Generally, an ideal candidate for AMP is:

  • Head of business unit
  • Senior functional / division leader
  • Senior Manager with minimum 8 years experience

Typically, participants come with over 10 of work experience, including a significant amount of time as a senior manager or an officer of the company.
